Section Leads, Rolling Stock – 5

You will manage all aspects of relevant consultancy assignments undertaken for clients in Australia including allocation, estimating, tendering, planning, execution and close out.
Ensure that all work is undertaken in accordance with SNC-Lavalin’s procedures, corporate requirements and systems, including the Quality Management System and the Safety Management System.
Provide specialist engineering guidance and expertise in Project Management.
Recruitment and development of Project Management team staff and associates including competency development of junior engineers to meet business plan objectives.
Prepare responses to ‘Requests for Tender’ and other bidding opportunities.
Prepare unsolicited offers and proposals for the provision of services in line with business plan objectives as directed by the Director Rolling Stock.
Develop innovative ideas which deliver service and product growth, client satisfaction improvement or operational performance improvement.
Responsible for Project Management product and service delivery along with managing and overseeing your teams performance
