Administrative Assistant

Maintaining the web portal
Interfacing with the Call Centre
ServiceMax Data migration
Handling of warranty claims
Compiling inventory reports
Maintaining contract folders and After Sales relevant items
Sales data entry (PSS records)
Gathering and managing customer data, including conducting basic analysis, and preparing reports (eg. Warranty Reporting, Customer Surveys, Department Processes)
Preparing correspondence, presentations and other materials

Technical Writer

Writing and editing technical content and images for manufacturing documentation, e.g. process flow diagram (PFD), shop floor work instruction (SFWI), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), control plans that are clear, concise, grammatically accurate, and of high quality
Edit existing manufacturing documentation
Analyze current processes both functionally and technically, ensuring all technical verbiage is easy to understand
Prepare and publish release materials on a timely basis
