Sr. Development Geologist

Geological analysis of multiple reservoirs.
Interpret and integrate well log, core, and test data into a reservoir model.
Prognosis for G&G oversight of drilling wells with multiple targets while advising drilling engineers on geologic drilling hazards (unstable hole, faults, folds).
Provide technical oversight for field geologist and mud loggers.

Administative Assistant

General administrative functions: handling multi-line phones, filing, copying, coordination of calendars, coordination of travel, invoicing and coding for the department and mail sorting
Coordination of monthly and annual budget administration
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to support day to day operations in a team environment
Must be able to work independently with a small amount of training
Working knowledge of company structure, key personnel and organizational policies and procedures is helpful.

Auditor

Perform operational, compliance, and financial audits
Conduct and assist in planning work on assigned audits
Verify and analyze information while conducting reviews of organizational and functional activities
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
Report audit findings and make recommendations for improvements
Participate in special projects, as needed

Sr Human Resources Representative

Partners with business unit managers to understand, support and positively impact their business
Participates in resolving employee relations issues and ensures appropriate outcomes and follow-up
Establishes recruiting priorities with departments by reviewing organization plans and objectives; regularly meets with managers to discuss needs
Conducts recruitment for exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees
Coordinates the new hire requisition process
