Graduate Trainee Programme

Bachelor’s degree holder in any field with CGPA 3.0 and above or equivalent from reputable universities.
Fresh graduates with excellent record of curriculum activities are strongly encouraged to apply.
Those with less than 2 year working experience are welcome to apply.
Ambitious with passion and aspirations to build a career in retail operation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Marketing Management Strategic Insight

To lead and develop the Strategic Insight team, a new cross-functional area to add value on strategic analysis for the country.
To prepare strategic advices for the management through the insightful Brand Review, Competitor Review, and ad hoc reports.
To deliver the insight required for the business to determine strategy by pulling together research, analysis, data and expertise from across the Insight Unit e.g. market research, Customer Question Times, stores insight, and external sources.

Marketing Executive Media & PR

Providing cost effective communication plan which will attract current customers and also new customers to our stores by using external media such as TVC and Press to deliver our Every Little Helps customer promises.
Creating and developing marketing content
Determining relevant budgets and managing expenses in accordance with budgets
Researching the market, understanding customers’ insights and needs, and identifying opportunities that generate interest and leads
Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

Marketing Executive Sales Promotion

Checking for correctness of work from Creative and Signage and seeing if it follows as briefed. Details must not be missing.
Discussing with Commercial to agree objectives, concepts, products’ details, promotions, and events of each period.
The information gathered will be used to create tabs, newspaper and other printing for all format stores.
Bringing information, guidelines, concept, and promotion to produce tab brief and layout tab according to themes and events of each period to be sent to relevant parties such as Creative, and Signage to design another work.
Coordinating with Commercial to update information and recheck details to produce information pack and send to relevant parties to put into practice.

Plannograms Executive

Work with commercial team in major-, minor- and essential range changes to understand what ranges we need in each store.
Ensure that our range is displayed in a way that is easy for customers to understand and shop
Ensure that our plannograms are easy to apply and understand by our store staff
Run reports or analysis to support SRD team with team objectives to grow sales, profit and reduce stock for clothing.
Maintain an accurate database of our space in stores, and accurate data on the JDA system.

Accountant GL

AP matching and payment of non-trade expenses (A/C supplies)
VAT checking against original tax invoice and document filling (payment voucher & tax invoice)
Check documents e.g. tax invoice and filling tax invoice VAT report
Prepare balance sheet spread sheet every period end for responded account code

DC Income Admin

Calculate, Approve and Set DC charge rate on item setting (IM paper & master file).
Issue DC charge contract and follow up the document until signed back from vendors
Update and maintain vendors and rates Masterfile tracking
Prepare DC Income reports assigned

Contract Executive – Collection

Deliver contracts to our tenants on timely manner after get from Contract Production.
Follow up / make a call and email to get feedback from customer to collect signed contracts and documents from tenants on timeline.
Review and ensure the completeness of contract such as tenant’s signature and duty stamp.
Support contracts to property permit department for annual property tax upon request.
Scan contracts into digital copy and file contracts into storage.
