CAD Designer

Coordinate with project engineers on new product layout utilizing good verbal and organizational skills with minimal supervision. Assist in a buildup of prototypes during pre-pilot stage of project, making necessary corrections to design. Support manufacturing during initial production runs. Create full assemblies for fit up and alignment of parts.
Checks models, drawings, ECO’s and BOM’s for clarity, completeness, conformity to standards, procedures, specifications and accuracy of calculations, dimensions and tolerancing.
Possess strong knowledge of parametric modeling from part and sheet metal to full assembly modeling (i.e. sketches, placing constraints properly, etc.).
Generates 3D solid models of parts and assemblies to ensure proper fit, form and function. Performs interference and tolerance stack up analysis.

Sr. Controls Engineer

Understand opportunities for new or improved control features and then work with others in the organization to review and refine those features along with developing and documenting detailed algorithms for how such features should work.
Write clear and concise descriptions of various control features and the settings that control them for purpose of documentation and technical literature use.
Direct and/or work with supplier from a distance and communicate with people who may have limited English skills.
Do simple PCB layout/assembly and work with electronic bench test equipment for purpose of design verification and troubleshooting hardware.

Robotics Technician

Troubleshoot problems with robotic manufacturing equipment.
Support production on all robotic issues to maintain and achieve daily targets.
Support engineering on larger projects.
Provide assistance in design, build, installation, and start-up of weld cells/fixtures.
Re-program and/or re-teach the robotic equipment, as necessary.
Provide operator training within the robotic weld cells.

Engineering Technologist

Evaluate new product designs for compliance to appliance standards, as well as Energy Efficiency Regulations and local code protocols.
Assist Product Engineers and Lab Technicians in the resolution of design or testing relate issues as required obtaining agency compliance.
Assist in training other technicians or technologists.
Assist in the preparation of Test Plans for product development and certification.
Prepare test agency submittal packages for review by the agency in preparation for product certification.

Commerical Technical / Mechanical Specialist

One of the following 3 options; (1) 6 to 8 years full time employment as a service technician, plumber, or in another skilled trade (field experience working on commercial HVAC equipment or commercial water heaters and boilers preferred). We welcome resumes from electricians, avionics professionals, and mechanics in addition to HVAC professionals. (2) OR an Associate’s degree (or similar certification) from an accredited college, university or trade school with minimum four years of full time employment as listed above; (3) OR a Bachelor’s degree with proven mechanical aptitude/understanding.
Highly desirable: Familiarity with National Fuel Gas Code, National Electrical Codes, National Building Codes, and ASME standards. Understanding of the design, function, installation, operation and repair of gas water heaters and boilers (or gas furnaces/HVAC equipment). Plumbing experience is helpful.
Customer Service focused team player that exercises good judgment in evaluating situations and making quick decisions for the best interest of all parties.

Customer Service Technical Specialist

A high school Diploma or GED is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access preferred
Knowledge of Sales Force and AS400 a plus
Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of the structure and function of all products handled by the Residential Technical Support group
Good grammar and typing skills
Bilingual, with fluency in Spanish or French a plus.
