Applicants must have two years of full time post-secondary study in a college or university.
At least three years of full-time Administrative Assistant experience in a high-volume customer service office environment.
Level 3 English, and Level 2 Arabic and/ or Hindi (all will be tested).
Knowledge of general office management operations and practices.
Must deal tactfully with persons requesting maintenance and repair.
