Rotating Equipment Engineer – Maintenance

To provide a safe, successful, timely and economical Mechanical Maintenance & Repair Service for all Rotating Equipment within the maintenance workshop and in the field
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and administers the operation of the respective Mechanical Maintenance Section at interest
Ensures that the records are kept up to date for the equipment under remit. Plans staff development to meet the Group’s current and future needs
Ensures provision of an efficient, safe and economical mechanical repair & maintenance service in accordance with the Company’s maintenance policies and safety procedures

Senior Electrical Engineer – Maintenance

Planner – Plant Maintenance

Generate a weekly & daily maintenance schedule by coordinating plans, prioritizing work, allocating appropriate manpower, materials, tools & equipment for the action of the District Zone Supervisors.

·As Process focal point, receive work requests (WRs) from Owner Departments, distribute WRs between Zone/ Craft Supervisors for scoping & estimating, rout major maintenance work t CMMS o the Planning Engineer. On return of scoped WRs, complete planning and enters data into CMMS system to ensure continuity in the system.

· Check & prepare work estimates for the labor, materials & equipment required.

· Continuously reviews information provided and recommends changes if appropriate.

Senior Instrumentation Engineer – Maintenance

Attends to urgent operational equipment failures. Prepares failure reports and includes recommendations to prevent such failures re-occurring. Ensures that the revenue loss caused by production deferment due to failure of mechanical equipment is minimized. Ensures continuous improvement of availability through elimination of repetitive failures.
History – Records in Maintenance Management System details of work done, faults found, parts replaced, time spent by whom to provide future data for analysis or audit. Makes recommendations for future maintenance and repairs
Trouble-shooting – Alone or with craft or IMI assistance, investigate possible or known plant problems to identify and provide potential solutions to availability, reliability or integrity problems
In-house Health & Safety- Leads or participates in Daily Tool Box Talks, Monthly safety meetings, Annual fire and safety training, First Aid training. Medical check-ups, all to ensure the well-being of staff and plant. Other Duties & Special Studies – Participate & contributes in occasional ad-hoc working parties, investigations, Compliance Audits, Mechanical Safety Audits and Training.

Engineer – Tanks

Provide guidance and advice to Tank Repair Supervisors to ensure that on site mechanical works are performed to the highest standards and to ensure compliance with the Company’s Standards and Specifications
Review RED repair work lists/Engineering drawings and to prepare technical and tender specifications for mechanical maintenance works to ensure that all works will comply with the Company’s Standards and Specifications
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders for all works to ensure that the Company’s Purchasing procedures are applied correctly
Ensure that all the works required as per RED, Engineering and Owner work lists are completed in order that the equipment can be put back in service in a reliable and safe condition

Technical Administrative Assistant

Hold a Technical, Business or equivalent University Degree with Technical Administrative skills: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience in providing administrative support to project office management in major engineering projects in large corporations or a high potential degreed candidate with advanced organizational, leadership and computing skills
Advanced Organizational skills
Excellent command of English language with ability to draft correspondence, minutes of meetings, other documents and graphical presentation material to a high standard.

Field Engineer Electrical

Supervise contracted electrical work as per highest standards of workmanship and completion of contracted work within agreed schedule and company procedures.
Scrutinise drawings and specifications; understand scope, design details and special problems to ensure that contract documents are correct, fully understood and special problems highlighted. Provide field engineering solutions to incorporate design changes necessitated by field conditions and advise Project Engineer to initiate variation orders to cover changes as required. Communicate variation in schedule, materials and workmanship to the Project Engineer, prepare relevant documentation for Project Change Requests and forward for approval as per the schedule of authority and company/ department procedures to ensure that all Variation Purchase Orders are in line with audit requirements

Specialist Change Management

Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts to develop effective change and integration strategy.
Develop change management strategy based on situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change to ensure integration of change management in the projects environment.
Establish parameters to measure the early adoption, effective utilization and proficiency to new change management strategy, devise and implement plans for developing internal change management capabilities.
Identify potential people-side change risks, anticipated points of resistance and its business impact, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns to facilitate positive acceptance of change by stakeholders.
Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner for effective implementation of the change.
