Lead, mentor and coach a team of five comprised of ship operators, a scheduler and a port manager.
Plays a leadership role in the planning and execution of vessel shipping schedules in a manner that ensures maximizing trading efficiencies and earning, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and minimizing overall cost.
Maintains strong customer relationships and satisfaction – oversees customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
Monitors vessels voyage performance (KPI), provides feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns and work closely with appropriate department to resolve issues

Senior Manager, Business Intelligence

Increase the adoption of business analytics across CSL through “best fit” design and application of: data warehouses, BI tools and end-user training/support
Demand/capacity planning: consult with the business user community to assess and prioritize outstanding project requests and allocate IT resources (in-house and consulting) to approved and funded projects.
Lead problem solving sessions and actively seek out and support collaborative thinking and problem solving with others in the organization or with vendors.
Develop and monitor service level agreements with customers.
Coordinate the provision of application usage support to the business communities using CSL’s core business applications.
Be accountable for CSL’s business intelligence infrastructure and supporting system documentation.
