Crescent Petroleum has been operating as a regional upstream oil and gas company in the United Arab Emirates for almost forty years. It began its activities in the early 1970’s and was the first regional, independent, privately-owned Middle Eastern petroleum company to engage in the acquisition, exploration and development of petroleum concessions; and the production and sale of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas.

Communication Manager

1. Creates content and editing related policies and procedures and ensures their alignment with Crescent’s organisational needs and objectives.
2. Designs and manages the development of Crescent’s internal and external brochures, employee handbook, newsletter ‘’Pipeline’’ and HR intranet sites and coordinates with the Design Team and HR Department for the issuance of all related materials.
3. Works closely with the Design Team and Arabic Translator to develop media content and manages Crescent’s internal and external communications (e.g. official announcement and media statement).
4. Consolidate, formats and edits documents in order to create materials promoting the image and competitive edge of the entire company.
5. Participates in the formation and issuance of media related materials for the entire company including Print collateral (e.g. brochures, pamphlets, advertisements, editorials and presentations) Online collateral (e.g. website, e-mailers and social media) and Videos (e.g. corporate scripts).
6. Identifies media content requirements and compiles data from different sources and ensures centralizing of all communication to keep the brand image consistent for the entire company.
7. Leads website navigation, labels and content organisation strategy and produces written information to be used in the company’s website as well as project deliverables.

Senior Electrical Technician

  • 5 years at least work experience on HV switchgear operating and troubleshooting.
  • Good work experience on generation systems and load sharing modules.
  • Good work experience on generator and transformer protection systems and relays.
  • Good maintenance experience on LV AC induction motors single and variable speed, VFD, motor starters and motor protection systems.
  • Good maintenance experience on UPS systems, solar system, batteries and battery chargers.

Business Development Manager

Participates in developing and recommending policies, procedures for the Sales and provides inputs to the Commercial Director/General Manager for review.
Assists the Commercial Director/General Manager in implementing departmental policies and procedures across company and ensure that all end users must adhere to the prescribed processes for smooth operations.
Implements, controls and monitors the Sales Plan and Budget relating to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures to achieve or exceed annual sales targets/revenue objectives of the Company.
Identifies clients’ insights through in-depth analysis of their strategies and processes to enable effective penetration and influence.
Ensures to communicate and agrees on clients propositions that exploit “Needs and insights” at all stake holder’s level.
Develops individual clients plan and annual activity calendar in consultation with the Commercial Director/General Manager and based on the clients analysis which fully incorporate insights and objectives at all stake holder’s level.

Operations Support Specialist

Ensure operational and maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Operational and local Procedures.
Ensure control room personnel operate the plant within safe and optimum limits, as per operational procedures. And that the plant is operated to safely and effectively meet contractual obligations with regards Gas and Liquid commitments.
Provide leadership and develop the skills and competency of the all operational shift team members.
Provide OJT to operations personnel and assess competency for progression within the operations department.
Seek and deliver continuous improvement opportunities.
Promote and ensure compliance with Permit to Work and HSE Regulations and Procedures.

Associate New Ventures

Engages with the management and leadership of small and medium-sized corporate enterprises in addition to relevant government officials/entities throughout the MENA region to generate a pipeline of start-up opportunities for CE Ventures
Identifies and evaluates potential start-up opportunities using a range of strategic, financial and operational tools. Presents findings to various CE decision-making committees in the form of thorough Business Plans (Investment Committee and Board)
Engages with 3rd-party advisory firms if and when needed for building business plans and developing products/ services for new ventures

Manager – Business Development & Investors relations

Builds relationships with investors across the region, with a view of expanding and strengthening Hedosophia MENA’s investors within the region. Serves as the key point of contact for Hedosophia MENA’s investors.
Assists in the evaluation of investment opportunities and organizes investor road-shows and meetings to present the opportunities to potential investors.
Manages investor relationships through regular meetings, calls, responding to requests and queries.

Process Control Room Operator

Closely monitor and control the operation of Khormor LPG recovery plant and process areas using DCS and SCADA control systems.
Start-Up and Shutdown plant and equipment by following written procedures and under instruction from the Plant Supervisor.
Acknowledge plant alarms and take appropriate corrective action.
Monitor process parameters and adjust process conditions as per set values, instructions and procedures to maintain optimum rates and product quality.
From DCS and SCADA: Operate and control all designated plant and equipment
Adjust temperature, pressure, level, flow rate, and/or transfer of Gas, Condensate and LPG to maintain processes at required levels and correct variables.
