Dimensions Engineering Consultancy at Doha urgently requires the following positions:
PROJECT MANAGER – CODE: (DEC-HR/2016-PM)
•Capable to lead and manage all activities and responsible for the overall direction,coordination, implementation, execution and control of the Project.
•Ensures the project is effectively resourced and manage relationships with a wide rangeof groups (including all project contributors).
•Must have UPDA Grade (A) and 15 years of relevant experience in ConstructionManagement.
Sr. MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER – CODE: (DEC-HR/2016-ME)
• Strong knowledge with regards to all aspects of construction activity in order to providequality assurance and safety standards in line with contractual agreements.
•Capacity to carry out detailed designs related to mechanical systems and coordinationwith other disciplines. Ability to review and resolve design documentations (e.g.Drawings, Calculations & Specifications) and can handle other related constructionissues. Must have UPDA Grade (A) and minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
Sr. ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER – CODE: (DEC-HR/2016-EE)
Ability to carry out design calculations on a variety of buildings i.e. Residential,Commercial, educational, leisure facilities, industrial etc…
•Technical understanding in all aspects of design including production, constructiontechniques, procedures, codes and standards etc. that relate to Electrical EngineeringSystems. Must have UPDA Grade (A) and minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENG. – CODE: (DEC-HR/2016-QS)
Ability to implement cost controls and financial control procedures outlined in theconstruction contract.
Overseeing measurement of site works from drawings and evaluating the contractors’monthly interim payments etc. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience is a must.
PLANNING ENGINEER – CODE: (DEC-HR/2016-PE)
Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actualprogress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods forrecovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
Knowledge in Planning and Scheduling, Risk and Delay Analysis, Cash flow, reviewand approve contractor’s work program submissions.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER – CODE: (DEC-HR/2016-ST)
Capable to work in challenging projects. Must be expertise in structural design of highrise building, commercial building etc. Understanding of terminology, related softwareand ability to coordinate with other designers and Engineers. Must have a UPDA Grade(A) and minimum of 10 years relevant experience
ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZER – CODE: (DEC-HR/2016-AV)
Understanding of architectural terminology and effective production across allnecessary disciplines with strong conceptual and technical graphic design abilities.
Expertise in architectural design and proficiency in Software like AutoCAD, AdobePhotoshop, Sketch-up 3D and 3D Max.
ARCHITECTURAL REVIT DRAFTSMAN – CODE: (DEC-HR/2016-AD)
Proficiency in Software like Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-up 3D and 3DMax. Minimum experience of 6 years is a must.
