Job responsibilities –
• Arrange all exercises identified with the Administrative and Technical Document control process.

• Support Document administration group in handling client expectations.
• Project astute administration of data gives an account of status of archives.
• Follow up on every single basic archive with all concerned (interior and outer).

• Ensure all reports are filed in accordance with endorsed venture record design.
• Ensure that standard undertaking set-up, archive stream and formats are being utilized.
• Coordinate and keep up record enlist (MDR-Master Document Register) in report administration framework M-Files.
• Preparing Document Submittals and submit to client and outsiders (specialist organizations e.g. designing sub-temporary workers and interpretation organizations).
• Receiving and checking all approaching/active correspondence on all task records and appropriate them according to extend report design.
• Examine all undertaking records, illustrations, details and so on to confirm culmination and exactness of information and guarantee information section of same into report administration framework M-Files.
