A Commerce Graduate / Diploma holder from a reputable university withminimum 5 years experience in large construction company. Goodknowledge in preparation of material consumption report and materialstock report. Computer literate and vast knowledge in construction materialand having good command of the English language. Candidates with NOC /transferable visas may apply.

Interface and Coordination Manager

A University Degree holder in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with 15 years of experience out of which 2 years in interface management. Required to have a track record in Identifying among main contractor, subcontractors, Authorities and other stakeholders his key personnel for the management of the different interfaces and coordination processes. Building up the interface matrix and interface plan and establishing an internal system to ensure that the status of all interfaces are internally coordinated and reflected in documents and drawings submissions.

Project BIM Architect

An Engineering / Architecture graduate from an accredited university , certified as BIM Practitioner / Trainer, minimum 10 years’ experience in high profile construction projects with minimum 5 years’ experience in 5D BIM implementation in design and construction of major complex projects. The Project BIM Manager will be responsible for providing technical expertise to the construction team during the pre and post construction planning and delivery phases of the project, ensuring full execution of BIM across the project in accordance with Client’s requirements, reporting to the Project Technical Manager and interface with Planning, Cost Control, and Construction teams on site.

Risk Manager

A graduate from an accredited university in a relevant field, with minimum 10 years’ experience in high profile civil projects with emphasis on managing project risks. The Risk Manager will be responsible for preparing the Risk Management Plan (RMP), providing risk management awareness training sessions and holding internal risk workshops within the organization, populating and issuing the Risk Register, attending risk meetings with the Client and preparing risk reports.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Graduate from a reputable university with good technical knowledge of electrical installations for buildings. Minimum 10 years’ experience in execution of electrical installations in various high quality buildings to international and GCC standards including Substations, power, lighting, low current systems: fire alarm, security, BMS, etc. Candidate should be self-motivated, disciplined, honest, team player with good management capabilities to lead a team of engineers, supervisors and electricians.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

A graduate from a reputable university with minimum 10 years’ experience in the HVAC, Pluming and Fire Protection for buildings. He should be capable of handling HVAC installations in various high quality buildings to international (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, BS etc.) and GCC standards including Central Chillers, AHU’s, FCU’s, Packaged Units, central split units, chilled water piping, ducting, air distribution, various piping systems, sanitary ware, tanks, heaters, fire sprinklers, hose reel, controls, BMS etc. Self-motivated, disciplined, honest, team player with good management capabilities to lead a team of engineers, supervisors and technicians.  Experienced in engineering design check, shop drawings, procurement, estimation, planning, contractual ties, monthly evaluations, variations, QA/QC procedures, safety, execution, testing and commissioning.

QA/QC Manager

A University Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil) with a minimum of 12 years’ experience, at least five years of which as a QA / QC Manager. Capable of implementing a Quality Assurance Program at project level for high quality building projects, including setting up of a Quality Assurance Plan / Procedures, enforcing the QA and QC  systems on company personnel and on main subcontractors, conducting regular audits, leading the QA/QC team on site and coordinating QA / QC matters with the Client’s team. QA / QC Manager should have a Lead Assessor or equivalent certification, this is becoming a main criteria imposed by Clients.
