Assist to execute on-going recruitment activities to ensure the hotel is adequately staffed as per the workforce plan and colleagues meet Jumeirah standards.
Post vacancies using the corporate online recruitment tool in line with set standards.
Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
Build networks to find qualified candidates.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
Conduct interviews and follow-up references.
Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
Assist with candidates’ transition and on boarding process.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Provide opportunities for colleagues to discuss typical employment and personal issues to increase engagement and improve performance.
