Senior Planning Specialist

Proactive involvement in planning and control of projects throughout their lifecycle following the Maersk Stage-Gate process.
Daily interface with project engineers and contractors to maintain detailed schedules for all project activities in Primavera.
Assist in continuous improvement of the overall project planning system in the project department including input to Integration Activity Planning (IAP)
Develop overall project schedule for the whole scope of work.
Monitor schedules and highlight discrepancies in relation to delays and ensure plans are tracked and reported.

Your responsibilities will be to plan the working rota of offshore employees, including updating shift plans with training courses, vacation, absence etc. You will also check up on time sheets on a monthly basis as well as introduce new employees to our company rules and regulations for working offshore.
