Refinery Operator
An Operator may be responsible for maintaining operations and equipment; climbing ladders, tanks and towers up to 200 feet high; taking samples/reading of various process streams; initiating work orders and issuing work permits for work related to the assigned unit; physically inspects and monitors equipment and/or the work area using vision, hearing, smell, and touch to ensure correct operation; maintaining proper and safe process operations of the operating equipment; and communicating effectively during the shift and at shift relief regarding key process unit and equipment information.

Payroll/Benefits Accountant
• Prepare month end payroll and benefits journal entries.
• Assist in reconciliation of payroll checking accounts.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts related to payroll and benefit plans to supporting details from third party providers.
• Record, balance and reconcile payroll expenses and incorporate them into the Company financial statements.
• Record journal entries for activity, accruals, reclasses, transfers, adjustments, allocations, etc.

Inventory Specialist
Manage inventory by recording shipments and receipts into various accounting systems on daily basis. Verify volumes and product codes.
Upload completed information into the Excel spreadsheet and assist in reconciling daily terminal operations.
Responsible for updating estimates to actuals based on outside third party documentation.
Prepare periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) governmental reports related to refinery activity.
Organize and file all Inventory documentation.

Process Contact Engineer
Analyze and optimize process unit operating performance.
Drives operating envelope, efficiency, and raw material utilization improvements.
Respond to plant operational events.
Drive site asset improvement in the areas of: Safety, Reliability, Environmental Performance and Process Unit Capability and Efficiency in a team setting.
